*Recipe 1: FIRE IN YOUR MOUTH SHRIMP *for 4 people*
ITEMS: 1lb shrimp, mushrooms, cilantro, parsely, onions, garlic, honey, sugar, salt, red&black pepper, jalapenos, sriracha. Serve with rice and Pinot Noir accompanies the flavor well.

Take 1 pound of shrimp and have it thawed. After thaw, take off all the tails. Once this is done take the shrimp and add 1/2 table spoon of salt, some black & red pepper, anykind of mushrooms you want and half an onion and mix well. Now take 2 table spoons of honey *more is sweeter* and 1 table spoon of sugar. Mix well in 3 cups of warm water. Leave it until we have to mix everything.

Now cut up 9 cloves of garlic *smashed & diced* Once they are cut put them in the sweet mix. Now take 2 jalapenos and dice them as well and add to sweet mix. Once this is done cut up lots of parsely and cilantro and put it in the sweet mix. Adding a tablespoon of Sriracha kicks up the spice.

Turn the heat on just below med and mix all the ingredients. Slowly cook with top covered for about 30 min and enjoy. Make sure all the ingredients go in.

*Recipe 2: The Three Amigos Salsa
ITEMS: 20 tomatoes, 2 habanero peppers, 5 jalapeno peppers, 3 serrano peppers, 12 cloves of garlic, 1/4 bundle of parsley, full bundle of cilantro *comes out to about a quarter dollar sized handful*, 3 limes, 1 lemon, 1.5 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoon of black pepper.

Now take 10 tomatoes and blend them up take the other 10 and chop them up. Take all the peppers and de-seed them if you want less spicy if not just cut the ends off and blend them with the 10 tomatoes and garlic. Take the parsley and cilantro and dice however you want them *the more you dice the more flavor there will be* take the limes and lemon and squeeze them into the blended stuff. Now take the chopped tomatoes and mix them with the salt and pepper. Now get a big bowl and mix everything and enjoy!

Best served with tortilla's, tortilla chips, tacos, fajitas, rice bowls.

Recipe 3: Mr. Hoodz Steak?
ITEMS: 1/2 lb ribeye steak, 1 & 1/4 lb of your favorite mushrooms, 1/2 cup bell peppers, 5 cloves of garlic, 1/2 an onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil.

Pre-heat oven to 260 degrees.

Take the steak and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and stick it in the oven. Let it cook for about 20 min in the oven. While the steak is in the oven cut up the peppers, mushrooms, garlic and onion. Take a pan and have it hot and ready on med hi. 9 minutes into the cooking process of the steak, cook the vegetables. Put some olive oil in the pan *make it shine* now add the veggies and cook. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, garlic powder on the veggies and mix well. By the time the veggies are done 20 minutes should have gone by. Take the veggies and put them on your plate. Now take the steak and cook it in the same pan you cooked the veggies in. Turn the heat on hi and cook for about 2 min on each side. This is where you really need to pay attention to your steak. After the 4-5 min of cooking. ENJOY!!!

Use your favorite steak sauce. Try with rice!
